SHIPPING

We Ship Worldwide

Shipping Charges:

• Domestic Orders (within India): Free shipping on all orders.

• International Orders: Shipping charges vary depending on the greater of actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the package.

All our shipments are made via trusted courier partners. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are sending an order as a gift or to a different recipient, a signature at the delivery address will constitute proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

 

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

We currently only accept bank transfers for international orders.
Please note: International credit/debit cards are not supported for online checkout at this time. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) - AVAILABLE IN INDIA ONLY

All COD orders require a 50% advance payment, payable via bank transfer or UPI link.

✅ To receive a secure payment link, please call or WhatsApp us at +91 

Important: Simply selecting the COD option during checkout does not confirm your order. The order will only be processed once the 50% deposit is received.

 

RETURNS & ALTERATIONS

At Ayushi, all garments are made to order and crafted with precision. As such:

• We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed.

• We are happy to assist with alterations for domestic orders.

  • Alteration charges (if applicable) and courier fees will be borne by the customer.

  • Alteration service is not available for international orders at this time.

For alteration requests, please contact our customer care.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

For Domestic Orders (India):

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Orders:

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local taxes, as per the destination country’s laws.

• These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost on our website.

• If duties or VAT apply, the courier partner will issue an invoice at the time of delivery.

Important:
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or fails to collect the package, Ayushi will not issue any refunds for the unclaimed order.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods for domestic orders:

• UPI

• Bank Transfers

• Credit/Debit Cards (Indian cards only)

• Razorpay and other secure third-party payment gateways

 

For international orders, only bank transfer is accepted currently.

All payments are subject to validation checks and authorization. We may contact you to verify identity or confirm payment details in certain cases to ensure a secure shopping experience.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES

We strive to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible. However, delivery timelines may vary based on the product category and customization.

 

Ready to Ship Collection:

• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 10–15 days from the date of purchase.

• International Orders: Estimated delivery within 20 days from the date of purchase.

 

Made to Order / Custom Orders:

Delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page. If you have placed a made-to-order request, please refer to the estimated delivery time provided at checkout or in your confirmation email.

For urgent orders or time-sensitive delivery requirements, please get in touch with our customer care.

 

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected to another address.

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

• Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the order to us.

• Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot process refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

 

Ayushi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Customs clearance processes

• Payment authorization delays

• Public holidays or national strikes

• Transportation disruptions

• Pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances

 

We will always do our best to keep you informed and deliver within the promised timeframe.
