Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ayushi, every piece is handcrafted with love, precision, and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to help if something isn’t right. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a strict policy as outlined below.

 

Domestic Orders (Within India)

• All our products are made-to-order or handcrafted accessories, and therefore we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or is different from your confirmed order, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Once we receive your request, our team will assess the issue and get in touch with you regarding the next steps.

• Alterations, if needed, can be arranged for domestic orders only. Courier charges for sending the item back to us and return will be borne by the customer.

International Orders

• We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on international orders.

• If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, or the product delivered is not what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at:

• Please include clear photos of the item and the packaging.

• While we will do our best to assist you, we do not offer refunds on international orders, including any customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer.

• All requests for return or exchange will be assessed by our quality team before any action is taken.

• We reserve the right to deny any exchange or return request if the item is found to be used, altered, or tampered with in any way.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact, and in original packaging (if accepted for exchange).
