We strive to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, pricing, and sizing, is accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to handcrafted processes. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, subject to our Returns Policy.

9. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept major international currencies via third-party payment gateways. Pricing may vary based on international exchange rates and may change without notice.

In the event of a mispriced item:

• If the actual price is higher, we will contact you before processing or cancel the order.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India):

We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

International Shipping:

Shipping charges vary based on destination and parcel weight/volume. Additional import duties, taxes, or tariffs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept liability for delays due to customs processes or non-payment of import fees. Refusal to pay customs duties will result in non-delivery and no refund.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products:

• We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

• Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [Insert Email].

International Orders:

All international sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

12. Product Care & Handcrafted Variation

All Ayushi products are handcrafted, often using artisanal techniques. Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and celebrate the uniqueness of each item.

Garments must be dry cleaned only, unless specified otherwise. Please follow wash care instructions on tags and product pages.

13. Colour Disclaimer

While we strive to display product colours accurately, screen variations may affect how colours appear. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product colour.

14. Limitation of Liability

This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ayushi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• Operation of the Site

• Accuracy of product descriptions

• Availability of products

• Security of user information

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayushi, its founders, directors, employees, partners, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any disputes, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the venue shall be New Delhi.
